Q1:  Can I add more than one camera to my receiver?
A1: No, the receiver for CLOCKCAM can only support one camera.  However, you can add one more 900MHz receiver for multi-room monitoring.

 

Q2: There is no picture from my camera?
A2:  Check all connections to the camera and the receiver.  Make sure that the camera and receiver are both ON and that the camera is in range of the Receiver.

 

Q3: The image from the camera(s) is choppy and/or keeps cutting out?
A3:  The wireless receiver may be out of range of the camera.

 

Q4: Can I use more than one CLOCKCAM kit in the same location?
A4:  No, both receivers and cameras will be occupying the same signal and will cause unpleasant visibility.

 

Q5: What is the maximum distance I can have between the camera and the receiver?
A5:  Typically 330 feet (100 m) in an open space (clear line of sight) and 100 feet (30 m) indoors. Please keep in mind that walls, studs and any large objects (furniture) will interfere with the range of wireless transmission. If you are experiencing interference try repositioning the camera and/or receiver to achieve optimal signal strength.

 

Q6: What does ’clear line of sight’ mean?
A6:  “Clear line of sight’ means that there are no obstructions which may interfere with the transmission of the wireless signal.  Obstructions include items such as studs, walls and certain electronic devices.

 

Q7:  There is no picture from my camera.
A7:  Check all connections to the camera and the receiver.  Make sure that the camera and receiver are both ON and that the camera is in range of the Receiver.

 

Q8:  Will the CLOCKCAM operate only using the AA battery?
A8:  No, the AA batteries are only for the clock, you still need to use the supplied power adapter in order for the camera to function properly.
