Shipping Overview
At SecurityMan, we know that when you order security products, you want them fast. That's why we process and ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM PST the next business day. Our goal is to get your security solution to your door as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply and delivery times may be longer.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for these addresses, and delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products. Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged, as the carrier may require them for a claim.
